NO ONE’S STUCK WITH THE “BAD” ROOM...
We easily accommodate 8 adults with 3 King Bedrooms, 2 Twin daybed in Den. We also have a Full air mattress. Not a sofa bed in sight!
🛌 All Bedrooms have King memory foam beds, ceiling fan, 43” smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet, 2 luggage racks, 2 chargers, and spare sheets & towels.

🔒 SECURITY - We have 2 Ring cameras: video doorbell pointing at front steps, and video floodlight pointing at back patio/steps. Cameras are motion-activated & record 24/7. There are NO cameras inside.

😴 We are 6-8 blocks from "downtown Soulard;" no worries about noise & late-night partying around our place.
🍻 Soulard is home to ANHEUSER-BUSCH'S flagship brewery...and it's just 2 BLOCKS away. Be sure to reserve a TOUR; they are fascinating AND you get free beer! You can meet some retired Clydesdales, too.
🎭📿 Soulard is acclaimed for its MARDI GRAS PARADE...the 2nd-largest in the US! "Laissez les bon temps rouler!" Let the good times roll!
🛣️ We are only minutes away from 5 INTERSTATES, so we're literally MINUTES from anything you could want to do in the St Louis metro area.

👫 You may have local GUESTS visit, but they need to leave before Midnight daily. Please give Madison a heads-up on how many you expect BEFORE they come over.
📙 Direct Booking Guests will receive an app to reference during your stay; Airbnb & Vrbo Guests will need to read through the printed Welcome Book in the Living Room. We provide extensive local recommendations, our House Manual & Rules, and other important stuff. If you still have questions, we're always available to help.

Use far right lane to take Exit 44B (first exit after crossing river; stay in right lane).
Take Exit 290C for 7th Street.
Drive approx 1 mile South (past Farmers Market and Fire Station; stay right).
Turn right onto Sidney Street.
At 2nd Stop sign (3 blocks) turn left onto 12th Street. (Property faces Sidney; orange door.)
Park on 12th Street at corner of Sidney St. (Residents primarily park on Sidney Street.)
You may access our Patio via private steps, or use the front steps.
I-70 E FROM KANSAS
EXIT 210A US-40 E/US-61 S (Chesterfield).
Left onto I-64E.
Exit 39A to turn right onto 14th Street.
At traffic circle veer left onto Park Ave.
Turn right onto Tucker Blvd/US Rte 66.
Turn left onto Tucker Blvd (becomes 12th Street in Soulard).
At stop sign at 12th & Sidney Sts, continue straight and park on east side of our property. (Property sits on SW corner.)
You may access our Patio via private steps off 12th Street, or use the front steps.
